Mobile Alley offers annual membership to corporations and organizations associated with the wireless industry.

Mobile Alley is a non-profit association. Its bylaws have been registered under # W953000366 and its creation has been
published in the Journal Officiel des Associations under # 20090010.

Its members have to be represented by a duly authorized designated individual who will actively participate in Mobile
Alley’s activities.

Annual membership dues are based on the member’ s revenues for the previous year.
Membership dues are calculated as follows :
- Previous year’s revenue < 10 millions euros : 2000 euros net of VAT.
- Previous year’s revenue between 10 and 100 millions euros : 5000 euros net of VAT.
- Previous year’s revenue above 100 millions euros : 8000 euros net of VAT.

Upon receiving your complete information, the board will decide on your admission. Membership will be deemed complete and granted following the full payment of appropriate dues. Mobile Alley’s fiscal year and membership period runs from January
1rst through December 31rst. Dues can not be prorated.
